The assignment incl. objectives, execution, performance indicators and services is agreed upfront with the customer.These are confirmed in a legally binding agreement including an SLA service level agreement. As a freelancer we are self-employed; therefore the customer is free of charge of any employment related costs. All staffing & renumeration administration is managed by us.
